The original Aloo cake started as my best friend’s dream birthday cake and has become one of my most requested cakes!

The OG: Cloud-like layers of vanilla cake with mini chocolate chips, layered between chocolate ganache, frosted with my classic whipped vanilla buttercream and finished with a milk chocolate drizzle and chocolate-covered strawberries.

Fast forward to 2020 and another friend submitted an order for the following: Aloo, but make it sprinkle. And so the Aloo Sprinkle was born. — It’s everything you love about the original Aloo cake ++ all the sprinkles.
